My mother invited me to a Pilates class with her. She said that it would  help me become more flexible.  I was a bit skeptical because all the training I have  had, I never was able to touch my toes no matter what.  Now after several classes I am able to do just that. It’s amazing. Pilates  works muscles that  normally get lost in the shuffle  of running and regular workouts. I  love the reformer and I am looking forward to  adding a mat class to my workouts.
